Raúl M. Mir Executive Director
As the company's CEO, he combines the market vision, functional discipline and technological leadership necessary to position Lendel as one of the most dynamic companies on the market. Throughout their professional careers, they have demonstrated a great capacity to create financially successful companies around the leadership of sustainable technology. Raul M. Mir is the CEO and founder of Lendel Media Solutions, responsible for shaping the Company's vision and corporate direction. Through his business leadership, Raúl has positioned Lendel as a global provider of instrument-based spectral detection solutions that touch many aspects of everyday life from precision agriculture and mobility to critical areas such as national security, analytics of power lines, the study of minerals and the defense of the environment. For more than a decade, it has helped bring the science of spectral imaging to new application areas and geographic regions, while successfully bringing completely new and affordable products to market. As a successful entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the "start-up" of technological projects, he has participated in numerous forums of associations related to technology related to spectral detection. Active in the non-profit sector, Raúl has also converted Lendel into a philanthropic organization that reinvests part of the profits in the development of the societies and populations of the countries where the company works and the defense of the environment.
Juan J. Estadella Director of Technical Engineering
A specialist in the area of environmental design, he has worked for more than twenty years in the field of promoting and constructing sustainable buildings, motivated by his commitment to carrying out exclusive projects that respect the environment, also offering the highest quality, service and profitability to his customers. He has also worked as head of technical department for projects and facilities control in companies related to the photovoltaic and wind energy sector. Juanjo Estadella joined Lendel as Director of Technical Engineering in order to place our company at the forefront of technological and industrial innovation and put into practice the technical advances that we develop tailored to our clients. A strong advocate of sustainability applied to engineering projects, Juanjo has spent more than 30 years designing comprehensive, innovative and technological solutions that have allowed progress towards a new, more sustainable and safer technological application model. Solutions that directly contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people. Juanjo coordinates an international multidisciplinary team where he displays his experience and ability to tackle technically complex jobs thanks to his specialized knowledge and the application of the most advanced and avant-garde technology. Juanjo is committed to continuous improvement, motivated to overcome new projects and challenges.
José Mª Pelegri Global Director of Operations
With experience leading innovation projects in the industry related to agriculture and the environment, he has developed numerous triple impact businesses, preferably in Latin America. Technical Engineer in Agricultural Operations from the Higher Technical School of Agricultural Engineering of the University of Lleida joined Lendel as Global Director of Operations. Since then José María puts all his knowledge in engineering and international trade to make the Lendel brand an international benchmark in quality and satisfaction as a means of achieving a good customer experience. Prior to joining the company, José María was general manager of Hidramon SL, a hydraulic assembly and maintenance service company that, under his leadership, became a benchmark in the field of design, execution and automation of irrigation and engineering systems and irrigation solutions for large areas. It also developed new water treatment systems. Proactive person, with great doses of organization and resolution of complex systems in the fields in which he works, José María is committed to a global business model that combines equity and sustainable development.
