Lidar Hydraulic Engineering

Lidar Hydraulic Engineering

Hydrological engineering, also called water resource engineering, is a civil engineering specialty that is primarily offered for the flow and storage of water. Commonly covered topics include urban drainage, water supply, wastewater treatment, river management, and coastal protection. Hydrological engineering also focuses on preventing floods and reducing the effects of floods, droughts, and other natural disasters. At Lendel we are experts in the generation of high precision Digital Terrain Models (MDT) for hydraulics and bathymetry aimed at carrying out flood studies or flood studies generated from LiDAR data from different sources (from available LiDAR data on file up to new acquisitions of very high density point clouds). Our exclusive methodology based on interpolation methods as well as our customized developments allow us to offer the best base mapping together with a high precision LiDAR hydraulic study. Services we offer: - Digital Terrain Model (DTM) with / without bridges, with / without buildings. - Multiple 2D / 3D mapping formats at different levels. - Smooth contour lines at different levels. - Generation of waterproof surface. - Correction of the river channel - Digital surface models (DSM) and intensity images - LiDAR bathymetry for MDT hydraulic study with / without bridges and with / without buildings. - Smooth contour lines adapted to the level of detail required - Vectorization of elements (bridges, buildings, etc.)
